Outram Scouts risen from the dead?

Its been almost 2 years since the Outram Scouts was brutally murdered by the ex principal of outram secondary school... ie She who shall not be named...

Outram Scout's has had a history of at least 40 years dating back to the Colonial Era... and is one of the first scout units to be opened in Singapore. believe that! and after it has survived through the years and in recent times growing competition from NCC and NPCC and the lack of a proper support unit for us. We managed to keep her alive and managed to gain good awards.

Ironically Outram Scouts was closed down not because it had poor membership though among the other uniform groups we have the lowest strength... but the moment we were closed down, the Boys Brigade came about. what does this mean i wonder... isn't the boys brigade essentially the same as scouts? a uniformed group? are we looking at astronomically large members today in Outram BB? i tell you so... It is no bigger than we were!

But what is this i hear among the chatter? Ex Scouts wanting to bring back the Scout spirit to Outram? Pockets of resistance or a spark of hope one must wonder... Can this wandering spirit of the Outram Scouts find her way back home? Can the comrades we once called ourselves... brothers in arms... can we rally to bring her back once again?

Will this be just a wondering rumour.... or the turning point in Outram Scout's history... Only time will tell.. .
