missed yesterday's post cause i was at my godma's house spending time with my cousins....

had my course yesterday.... erm YFC one... we did climbing and descending with Walker.... not Luke Skywalker but Sharon Walker.... power...... anyway... she showed us this VHS converted into VCD briefing.... most of us wear like sleeping... i was just clueless...... wat tita and sin and thrust..... bLuR... haha... anyway.....

haha made contact with da girls today.... finally.... but eh.... not a very good response from them..... well Vanessa in particular.... its like some kinda "liike duh loser..... we know lessons gonna start.... scram" wah... it was like.... erm..... ice dagger...... right through my heart..... while still maintaining a smile..... oh well..... no matter.... oh but Viv was very nice.... think she kinda is bonding with da class.... well there's sign....

anyway.... lecture we were going through PAT, Power Attitude Trim..... blah blah blah..... crap i got selected once by Walker to answer about climbing.... answer with no problem... then justin go and call me to answer his question again.... wah.... the sudden burst of energy... (natural effect for me) nearly caused my nose to bleed..... oh well.... after lect ended.... 4 of us did some checks on the aircraft..... woah.... fun sia....

today's flight... woke up at 6.15am... left on taxi at 7.10.... arrived 7.30am.... did some revision... OPs room open sign in... see Mark Yeo.... asked him questions..... oh was doing EOC 1 today. (Effects of control) yah... but i already passed my ext checks.... so he said good..... i like it.... woah i was so happy.... anyway this is what he said "ok... flight is at 8.30am. now is 8.08am, you conduct the external checks, i will see you in the aircraft at 8.20am.... carry on"

did my checks.... waited in the aircraft... got hot.... too a breather.... then sir came out "why whats wrong?" i wanted to laugh but u know... its like very important to maintain respect... so i said "Taking a breather sir."

did my pre-start..... pass... engne start up... (good u show enthusiasm) i forgot the last step!!!! argh!!!!! failed that one... but no marks deducted..... just that no marks were added... awwww..... anway i'm already 1 lesson ahead of my plan for checks...

taxing... my favourite.... the only 800metres where i can control the aircraft on my own..... haha.... but i screwed up.... according to my marking indicated by my previous instructor.... it was wrong for him.... then went a bit too fast.... so he told me to slow down.... the correct taxing speed is a slow jog pace.... sorry lah... i jog quite fast for him....... haha.... anyway.... i kinda like know the R/T (Radio Telephony) here and there... like taxi to Whiskey 3 for runway 21 takeoff..... so i know what route to take from that..... stuff like that.....

during flight was fun.... for once i knew where i was and could draw imaginary lines which indicate the border.... power..... but was pretty cloudy.... so yah.... did trimming..... complicated to the unenligtened..... basically think about it as a steerring wheel lock when you want to constantly turn at a certain angle.... just that this controls climb and desceend.....

thingy finished... grading.....: 7 - excellent... .1 - eat my shorts and get out of YFC
