hi... kinda missed yesterday's blog cause i was not feeling well....

basically i retested my NAPFA... was already feeling kinda weak b4 PE.... but i still tried to get my silver....

here are the results for 1st and 2nd attempt...
Standing Broad Jump:
1st attempt - 216cm
2nd attempt - 218cm

Sit and Reach:
1st - 38cm
2nd - 31cm

Shuttle run
1st - 10.2s
2nd - 10.2s

Sit up
1st - 55
2nd - 45

Pull up
1st - 14
2nd - 9

as u can see mostly the 2nd attempts were a drop cause i wasn't already feeling well.. hai... after that i was drained... felt like puking.... so i did and went for lect.... had problem breathing, felt like puking again..... econs test.... couldn't concentrate..... breathing problem..... went home....

oh my dad has gone to Boston for some conference... couldn't send him to the airport.... feel a bit guilty.....
day ends..

today i slept a lot to recover....
10pm-10am
1pm-6pm

yah... rest of the day is for floating aimlessly around...
