bonjour dear readers...

as you've probably already really known, i'm back in singapore. for about a week and 3 days already... make that 4. its definitely great to be home after training overseas for 10months... of course not to say that i was jailed away for 10months of course.... the amount of lessons and memories that i've experienced there was nothing i could experience here in singapore. the friendships and skills learned have made me a stronger person. that is how i am.

managed to bag 2 out of the 3 awards there. best trainee and best knowledge... how i got the best knowledge i guess only the instructors will know... haha.... anyway shall not touch anything more on this.

hmmmm..... being back home is great! having all the food i want... and being on leave till the end of the year... simply amazing... been going out with friends and all. simply the best!

but somehow someway.... something i expected that i will do when i return home has amazingly become one of the biggest clouds that has blown over me thus far... what is happening i wonder... its not because i'm afriad of doing so... its just a feeling that just went to sleep. like as if it shelled itself out. most curious indeed....

anyway haha.... yeah! on my flight back home i saw this stewardess that was serving our ailse... i was telling nic that "hey she's not bad looking eh..." and he went "yup...." *dozes off

soon enough as he went to the toilet for awhile, for whatever reasons he may have had. she came to ask me "are you all tec-crew?" and so the conversation goes...

me - tec-crew?
her - yah as in technical crew
me - nope
her - you're pilots right?
me - *gasps*raises eyebrow* (with the how did she know look) hmmm yup we're with the air force
her - oh...
nic reenters scene and she has to move away.

end of scene 1

scene 2: after ordering a few singapore slings from her. breakfast is served. nic and myself take a chicken lasagne. he takes his food and falls asleep... and he is sleeping and with him being on the ailse seat. her trolley knocks into him... (like wat??? you mean stewardess knock into customers??? noob...)

her - oh sorry sorry sorry... *kneels down beside her trolley* are you hurt?

end of scene 2

scene 3: he's still sleeping and food is left as it was placed. she returns to take the food.

her - is your friend feeling ok? he didn't touch his food at all... do you need me to get a panadol?

end of scene 3 (is it me or is this service amazingly good?)

scene 4: after i have drunk close to 5 singapore slings... and feeling the heat from the touch of alcohol. as you may know, due to the pressurisation of the cabin, there is a natural tendency for alcohol to react into the blood stream significantly faster. i decide to try my luck and ask for her e-mail address. she was like...

her - oh?! er.... yah sure!
me *surprised* oh you could write it down....
her - oh its oki i'll get something for you.
*waits 2 mits*she returns with 2 postcards and 2 decks of playing cards. with her e-mail add written on it.

*YESH!!!!*

end of scene 4

scene 5. The singapore slings take their liquid effect. a TOILET is required! and with nic sleeping so soundly i apologetically wake him up and went to the toilet. knowing he was sleeping i thought i'd walk around a bit too. and to my surprise, i meet her seated on her crew chair taking a break. haha *chance!* and so we continued our chat for another 30-45mins. amazing... i thought i was dreaming...since when could i have ever struck such a conversation.

end of scene 5.

and then we land.... as she walks past... she goes "see you shaun" and suddenly my course mates stare at me, along with most of the passengers that were around me...

and such is the story of my flight on sq216... :) waiting for the next act to continue. she's in rome now if i remember correctly.

ha..... satisfied...
