hello hello hello...

well today marks the a new day for me.... cause i just bought a new keyboard!!! yeah!!! happy birthday to myself!!! diaoz.... yahz... i'm finally turning 18.... on the 17th of december... ^_^

oki lemme blog a bit today since my keyboard needs getting use to.... hee... jam packed day today.... woke up at 5.45am to get ready to go for my medical at ST Aeromedical Centre.... (thinks.... and thinks... and figures...) say i actually been there for quite a lot of times already....

1st time was in 2001 when i went there for the first time as a BFC student.... 2003
2nd time was when i went for my ACES medical for PPL in 2004
3rd time was for my F-16 Joyride in 2004
4th time was when i went for my RSAF pilot medical check up... 2004...
5th time was when i went for my RSAF pilot medical reassessment sometime in october...
and today... the 6th time.... i come for my SPL (Student pilot license) renewal... hee...

and each time you go for a medical can cost at least $100... lucky for me and thanks to the government, i need not fork out a single cent for all of them... thanks gov!

so yupz.... went to Paya Lebar Air Base again and with that STINKIN construction works going on..... cannot tahan manz.... had to hold my breath and walk.... and for the first time my medical was done in about 30mins.... then met that chio x-ray woman again... lol... woah she like some sex bomb like that... "ok shaun, take of your shirt and follow me into the next room.... " yahz... so that little moment of joy for me lo.... but what to do, she sees half naked guys everyday and its probably going to be a turnoff when girls go there for their medicals.... would make her sound les.... haha... anyway following that i went to the CAAS (Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore) branch in PLAB itself... so she tell me what to do lor.... go changi yourself and apply for ya SPL... so left and went to the Aviation giftshop at the AirForce Museum.... quite a nice place... but too bad the museum was closed.. and the NETS machine was down... otherwise i would have bought my birthday present from there... a Die-Cast model of the S211 woah.... she's a beauty and i'm gonna be flying her soon enough... and for ya info its the aircraft that recently crashed in perth aussie... on the pilot's first solo... my interpretation on this will be posted soon enough.... but my fingers are getting tired already on this keyboard.... not used to the spacing..... ah... forgot must play music....

yupz... anyway the S211 cost like $98 manz.... kiaoz.... so bought myself an ANA (All Nippon Airways) A320... start small before i head to the bigger aircrafts... ^_^ left for Changi Airport after that.... haha i actually felt peaceful when i entered the airport.... started walking around to the extent that i got lost 3 times.... in terminal 2.. cause there's a lot of renovation.... first i went to the wrong wing of the terminal... seems that there are 3 wings on the 4th level in the building that are totally cut off from each other.... there's CAAS Airworthiness, CAAS main, CAAS Management.... so i went to the main one.... dang.... it was soooooo grand.... my jaws nearly dropped when i walked in... got their own reception somemore... pigeon holes..... talk about lack of space in singapore.... i could squeeze my whole house into the reception area alone.... then went to the viewing galaries in terminal 2.... sianz... toopid construction works now can't see shit from the viewing galaries.. so went to terminal 1 to see.... got to see the budget airlines JetStarAsia, AirAsia, TigerAir.... JSA uses A320s!!! haha.... tiger and airasia look like they're uses boeing models... 737 probably... about the same class as the Airbus 320...

left for town after that... heading to bugis where i bought some wiring for my old TV... sianz..... spent like $52 on all the equipment....... then headed to sim lim to buy my keyboard.... spent almost 30mins shoppin and typing on the various ones.... saw this COOL looking keyboard..... was totally satisfied until i saw the price which came to $49.... diaoz.... NO WAY!!! so chose another one with about the same functions as my keyboard excluding functions such as jamming keys.... retarted keys like the letter A.... removable keys but cannot be moved back in..... basket..... and it cost only $22... haha..... cheap cheap.... but i think its a good buy... just that i'm not used to the key positioning... i like mine to be different from the standard issue keyboard... so this one is slighting slimmer because of the 3 by 2 keys (ie the insert, delete, home, end, page up and down) is now turned into a L shaped buttons next to f12 and ending at the arrow keys up... so it saves a lot of space bahz... song bo!!! then got my favourite hotkeys... ^_^

woah today i actually walked A LOT..... LOT LOT LOT..... quite unbelievable.... no wonder i feel like a brick now.... heavy..... well not red... but just heavy... and now very pek cek at the toopid sales man.... never tell me about this PAL NTSC problem... now i gotta spend another $55 bucks...... freakin shit...... may he burn in the 18 levels of hell..... grr..... today i kinda spent a grand total of

28+22+52+22= $122 sianz........ money flying away..... hopefully can get reimbursement from my government... :P....

but nvm.... when i start my baito (part time job) in jan.... i can make up for it in about 4 days.... and still have room to spend a lil bit more.... maybe upgrade my com... :)

yahz.... gotta start preparing for my birthday party liaoz..... can't wait to see everyone again.... and maybe that black and white vs brown cow theory by Doctor NG and Doctorina Lim...

okiz.... woah... tired liaoz... blogging for 40mins already..... hmmm i like this keyboard... my typing speed is coming back to normal speed, possible for me to exceed my best speed i think.... its a nice keyboard to use... feels nice too....

OH YAHZ!!! i feel very betrayed by Singapore Airlines.... today i met this SIA pilot in the lift..... totally no manners.... i hold the lift for him he just walks out... never even says thank you.... then i met him again in the lift when i was going down.... he just walk in and walk out as if he's the boss.... and whats more .... he's FRENCH!!!! my god... singapore airlines hiring French pilots..... sad..... then i saw some air stewardess for SQ again.... hai.... my god.... i think any of my friends can become better air stewardess.... ehz.... CA (Cabin Attendants) than them lorz.... hai..... if i retire from the air force or get alternatively given the boot from RSAF... i would rather go to ANA or JAL.... but i won't be like that frenchie and ignore the locals... i would rather socialise.... say a polite thank you... or if you too pai seh.... just bow..... or nod your head.... even a smile would suffice.... sianz......
