Graduation Day...
my life as a JC student has ended...
my life as a class of 2T11 has formally ended
my life as a student of the government has ended..
my life as a student studing for 12years of my life has ended...

but at this point... people would be jumping for joy and throwing their "graduation hats" into the sky... well for me... it wasn't all happy day.... not at all...

though it was kinda boring for most parts of the day...
morning prayers.... NYAA presentation... Graduation ceremony...

we had this class poster activity at the end of the morning prayers... i guess that was the last activity our class had together.... we were making our version of THE LAST SUPPER. our home tutor was jesus!!! lol.... i think it was really meaningful for us... (its a catholic school after all)... but yet at the same time.... many of us were thinking about it being against god. (blasphemy) but it was really fun doing it... how we were asking for GLUE GLUE!!!! imagine 18 of us madly pasting pieces of paper on our "disciple bodies" (its a collage) and we've got only 1 glue bottle. haha.. then we were all talking about the guys contributing some extra "glue" too... haha.... it was damm funny...

NYAA ceremony was damm boring... except for the rare moments when friends i knew received their awards. Leonard, Chan Mei Mei :P, Natalie and sotong kia (she got her gold award) so it was like... "zZzZzzzzz" "clap" "zzzZZzzZzz" "zZZzzzZzzZZ" "clap" "zZzZzzzz" ... u get the idea....

kalai and myself managed to sneak into the NYAA receeption after that. got a chance to congratuate leonard and he was trying so hard to get us to get some food... which was rather inappropriate since we were not invited and all the cjcians that were there wore black shoes while we were wearing sports shoes.... (mine was even worse lahz!! its what i call sandal shoes)

then there was the daphne, sotong kia, leonard, kalai episode... an uneasy atmosphere was seen... lol.... leonard was noticing and keeping distance from a particular deaf limb. then daphne was damm cute.... this will be called the "shaun, are u gettin a drink?" episode (normally one would say it since you're getting one yourself...)

daphne: Shaun are u getting a drink?
shaun: no...
daphne: then can u help me get a drink?
shaun: why?? (with that "what are u gettin at?" kinda face)
daphne: aiyah i lazy to get lahz....
shaun: (subtly stresses voice) do you know that we're not supposed to be here in the first place? (with also that "you're an NYAA SILVER award holder... aren't u supposed to be a moral citizen?)
daphne: (adieu)

haha... oh wellz... then was trying hard to find that opening to pass to nat her "farewell scrolls" (more to be explained later behind this note) since i didn't want to make it look like a love letter nor make it look too obvious... so after much observation managed to pass it to her... simple thank you and a few words of exchange ended the conversation...

graduation ceremony was good.... i mean it was touching.... when miss damo (our home tutor) moved down the rows of chairs to pin our graduation pins on each of our shirts was really touching... i was tearing and holding back the onset of a really serious cry... was a really touching moment for me... i wasn't moved to tears in outram... but for some reason... CJC made the difference.. .

so whats this farewell note? the one nat received was 1 of 24 farewell scrolls that were made by me... its just a little note about how u're special to me.... or have made an impact in my life. apart from my class comrades... friends like Cherie, Carolyn, Karthik and CJC's best emcees Suzanne and Nat. probably will do an indepth review of their emcee-ing skills as opposed to mine, (makes it sound like i was good... i just knew what to do but couldn't capitalise on those skills till now... but haven't gotten that opportunity)

oh yahz... this years Valedictorian was UTTERLY HORRIBLE!!! espcially that arts student hillary.... i was like kicking and cursing quietly in my seat. she can't handle that rostrum mic at all!!! she was being controlled by it.... pathetic... and both of them had very similar speeches.... topics all revolving around the same issue in the same order.... thats wrong....

okiz... signing off nowz... tired liaoz... gotta hit the books....
