i'll be blogging for thursday and friday's entries now... ^_^

so thurs... woke up for a flight... Climbing and Descending... simple enough right??? well not really since you gotta know the pitch to maintain a constant climb/descend, not to mention the engine power and the speed you gotta maintain... phew.... thats a lotta stuff to know....

trip down leaves me stranded at the bus stop at 9.35am... shuttle bus comes at 10.10am and the SBS service to YFC left at 9.31am... so yeah.... stranded was the word... then oh.... the bus doesn't come at 10.10am... what the hell??? came at 10.20am..... like hello???? we pilots need to prepare for a flight thats the reason why we take the earlier shuttle? but thats ok...probably some delays and stuff.... but what do i see in the van? pandan leaves.... a lady with a knife sitting in the van.... ok ok she's not gonna stab me and cover me in leaves... but what the hell??? u take the van off its route.... cut some leaves.... delay the pilots..... how inconsiderate is that????

nvm nvm.... reach OPs and i see who's flying me... Walker... I know i know... you might think its luke skywalker or something... nahZ.... its Sharon Walker... the other female instructor in YFC. nice lady who gets lots of sms.... ^_^ asked her quite a bit of questions.... a bit of the reluctant side actually... ... actually the reason why i ask questions on top of the fact that i wanna know it is that i can familiarise myself with the instructor and see the instructor's mood and character just like that...

so flight wise.... not too badz.... had no problems at all for climbing... spd was spot on at 80kts... just that got a bit or probz with the clouds.... was completely lost 40% of my flight.... she kept on reminding me whether i wanted to meet mahathir... u know crossing into malaysian airspace. but really... first time i'm at 7000ft, so cloudy and stuff.... can't even see a thing.... well except this helicopter that was pretty near us... and above us... haha... descending was really a probz.... i was like 5kts above the recommended spd and when i clear the engine.... thats the max out engine.... my speed shoots up to 100kts in 3 secs and rpm goes near 2700rpm...

practiced a lot of R/T today... esp for my sortie... did T/O clearance, 3 FILE checks. haha the last FILE check with Paya Lebar Approach was a killer.... i went like "Paya Lebar Approach, Skylark 92. OPs normal operating Area Alpha low, 2500ft" then reply was "roger" then suddenly "Skylark 92, i would like to confirm area Alpha High or Low?" i was like oh shit.... then Walker took over "Alpha high over" hehe...

overall got a 5 again. relatively ok comments this time round. some good some badz.... ouch.... ate me lunch and helped joel prepare for his flight at 2pm. missed the last van out... T_T.... so i waited and managed to ask for a ride out... yipee.... haha

rest of da day is PW at national archives.... good progress... can't disclose any details about this in the event of any spies that lurk in here.... and also my fingers are getting tired.

friday.... CS with Zhi Kai at Pearls Centre... woah nice place..... i'll be going back there sometime soon.... really good environment... reasonable too....

after that is home and played HALO. woah.. finally i can feel the power of my centre speaker... which i thought doesn't work... but in fact only works when u play games which support EAX function. woah this centre speaker packs a punch.... and finally i can have all round gaming.... bullets whizz by me and stuff.... mamamia...

watched The Rundown.... cool show... very impressed.....
