hi! ^_^
kinda came across my mind.... today (slightly off i think) is a day in which a very special friend of mine was born... though as bLuR as she may be... she has earned my utmost respect.. one who is formidable in studies, bubbly in character, wizkid at computers and most of all, an inspiration for me... yesh this girl can do all that.... well did all that.... some of you readers may know her... and some not... emi-chan should know... lol....
well... can't really give ya a present now... but guess i'll write a poem right now for ya: ^_^ so here goes...
---
Though interests split us apart,
i'm sure we'll never part.
Isolated I am in CJC,
separated from her is what i see.
Why i say this you must ask?
let me hence embark on my task.
A cute little girl i must say
caught my eye at once on that day
the day we met in secondary three
the day i went with my cool bro
Brilliant in accounts and commerce
and practically everything else you can converse
Though a little blur, a little shy
Be prepared for a bite
Her wonderful friends she always had
forming a united sisterhood that she did
An inspiration to us guys,
to want to win her in our tests.
Sadly not we could never prevail,
as much as we studied with a pail.
Yet as time went by,
something came about.
A feeling i wasn't sure about
of competition, of jealousy, of love?
unable to confirm this
thats for sure.
but a big impact in my heart,
for a dear good friend right from the start.
bLuR as she is,
thats for sure...
but our top O level student
that she did
by one distinction
over 5 other guys.
Now my dear good friend,
a pity it is i cannot share the time with you
But i'm sure that there are nice and cool friends
Ensure a happy and enjoyable JC life,
i bid you farewell.
Happy Birthday.
